Pocket Guide: Single Column

I started making diagrams of shibari ties so I could remember all the steps once I got home from the class, and found some real joy in the artistry. I hope it serves as a handy tool in your arsenal of ways to be queer as fuck in daily life.

This PDF includes a key of how to understand the diagrams, and 9 marker illustrations depicting the tie of the Somerville Bowline as a single column knot. It's a little more complex than the Reef Knot, but I like that it doesn't slip no matter which way the tail is pulled.

This zine is intended to be an on-hand refresher for the Single Column knot used in rope bondage, and is not intended to be a substitute for a qualified class or instructor. Play safe!
